The Marrek Group is committed to making training stick. We firmly believe and accept that you can’t change individual or organizational behaviour with one workshop.

As a result we offer coaching programs to sustain your initial training investment. These coaching programs may be targeted at the individuals who attended the workshop in order to ensure they are using the tools and techniques taught, or they may be directed towards teaching the participants’ managers how to coach their staff on the concepts and skills learned in class.

For example, when our clients hire us to train their front line staff on customer service, we also work with the managers on how to apply the material taught to their staff. We reinforce the concepts taught for long term sustainability.
