Achieving customer service excellence is an integral strategy in support of the City of Hamilton's mission and vision, and Mohawk College is pleased to partner with the City in the design and delivery of customer service training programs to its employees over a three-year period.
Mohawk has developed a two-day course for frontline
employees, entitled Creating Amazing Customer Service,
which focuses on best practices, professionalism,
communication skills and respect for all community
