The Marrek Group is a privately owned Canadian company which was founded in 2002 by Audie McCarthy.  

Our Services

The Marrek Group offers three streams of services; training, coaching and consulting to our customers.

Training

• We focus on helping our customers improve their employee relations and retention through custom design and delivery of inter-personal skills workshops.
• We take pride in developing customer service programs specific to our customers needs so they can provide amazing customer service to theirs.
• We offer train the trainer programs.

Coaching

• We offer coaching programs to sustain the initial investment in training.
• We reinforce the concepts taught for long term sustainability.
• We teach managers and supervisors how to coach.

Consulting

• We facilitate strategic planning sessions and work with companies to put those plans in place so they can live their mission, vision and values.
• We guide and develop teams that are struggling with cohesiveness and communications.
• We provide consultation on organizational structure and development
• We offer services in transition counseling to organization that are downsizing.

Our Customers

Although we serve medium to large companies primarily in the Toronto – Hamilton – Niagara region, we are happy to service other localities as well.

We have experience in the following industries; education, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, transportation, manufacturing and municipalities. We also work closely with many not for profit agencies.

Our Community Commitment

We believe in giving back to the communities we live and work in. Our President, Audie McCarthy is Chair of the Hamilton HR Matters Committee, Member of the Board of Directors for the Stoney Creek Chamber and past Chair of the Boost your Business Committee of the Oakville Chamber.

Our team members support both with financial contributions and with their time, a number of not for profit organizations including SISO (Settlement and Integration Services), The Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Foundation, World Vision, Yoga Outreach Association, War Child Canada and others.
