Thanksgiving weekend is almost here! For many this provides an opportunity to re-connect with family and friends. How many of you have kids coming home from university or college? Take advantage of the time together to re-assess what is important in life.

Not that business isn't! Many of us think of a long weekend as an extra day to catch up on e mails, filing etc. That is ok too - as long as it is all kept into perspective.

Relax and enjoy - whatever you choose to do!

• Are they knowledgeable about your processes?
• Do they have the authority to do whatever they can to better serve your customers?
• Are they sincere when they thank the customer or do they sound like a robot?
