March Break! Many of you will be on vacation this week. Others will be taking advantage of the "quiet" week and catching up on loose ends. For some it doesn't really matter at all. Every week is a busy one.
I fall into that last category this year. I had planned on taking the week off. That was reduced to 3 days. Now it is down to mere hours. Ah…the wonderful life of an entrepreneur.
But it's ok. Strike while the iron's hot.
Just remember to take time for family, friends and yourself. If not, you (like the iron) will eventually burn out.

Audie McCarthy had the opportunity to speak twice at McMaster's "Inspiring from Within, Employee Conference" the first week in March. What a pleasure to work with an institution, as this university, that values its employees and shows them in such an open way. What an opportunity to meet and mingle with other speakers.
