March 21 is the first day of spring. Green grass and tulips start poking their way through the earth. Kids can't wait to ride their bikes. Sunlight continues after the dinner hour. Spring is a time of rebirth, of growth.
Spring can be a time for you to start a new business or add life to an existing business. Spring can be a time to rethink your career strategy, get out of a dead end job or move up the corporate ladder.
But ask yourself first: "Is the grass REALLY greener on the other side? Am I ready to make a change? Have I thought it through...financially, emotionally and professionally? Do I have the skills, knowledge and attitude to take the next step"?

10 Rules for Success in the Knowledge Age
