March
21 is the first day of spring. Green grass and tulips start poking their
way through the earth. Kids can't wait to ride their bikes. Sunlight
continues after the dinner hour. Spring is a time of rebirth, of growth.
Spring
can be a time for you to start a new business or add life to an existing
business. Spring can be a time to rethink your career strategy, get
out of a dead end job or move up the corporate ladder.
But ask
yourself first: "Is the grass REALLY greener on the other side?
Am I ready to make a change? Have I thought it through...financially,
emotionally and professionally? Do I have the skills, knowledge and
attitude to take the next step"?
If you
don't have the skills or attitude, how are you going to get them? What
are the things that will lead you to success in the business world?
Take a look at my 10 Rules for Success in the TIPS section of this newsletter.
