Recently, I had the pleasure of doing a training session and focus group for Mohawk College on "Inspiring Your Workforce". This past week I had the opportunity to work with an organization that does just that. The name of this organization is Scotiabank. I observed, first hand, one of the ways the leaders of this financial institution inspire their people. They host quarterly dinner events that provide an opportunity for social interaction and continuous learning. All bank employees and retirees are welcome to attend.
It is not just about caring for the needs of employees at this bank. They are leaders in the community with their ongoing campaign to support the McMaster Kids Smile Campaign.
