Your Kids Can

At a recent breakfast meeting, the Honorable Christopher Bentley, Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities, told the audience that Ontario's research indicates that a 1% improvement in employee skills generates a 2.5% improvement in productivity!

Could your business benefit from improved employee, management, computer or leadership skills?  What would a 10% improvement in skills do for your business productivity?

Think about this, as the New Year is upon us. If you haven’t done so already, you need to plan your employee development activities. If you need help just give me a call!

Happy January.

Audie

  2. Look at the past. Are you satisfied with your customer service results? Your employee morale?

  3. Have any of your employees been promoted to positions where they will now manage staff?
