This week’s newsletter has been written by Lisa Dennie, Corporate Trainer, Marrek Solutions Inc.
In December, the Marrek team came together to work on our business plan for 2007. There is something very empowering about being asked for your input. I found it very inspiring and uplifting. Following our planning meeting, I felt energized and confident in our work and in our team. The commitment that comes from full involvement in an organization is extremely motivating!
See the Tips section for suggestions on inspiring your team in this way.
