Anna Adams
Anna Adams is an accomplished sales/customer service leader with a track record of outstanding achievements in various competitive market segments. She is results driven and a business strategist, who forges strong relationships both inside and outside an organization.
Anna’s 14 year background at Bell Canada is a unique blend of consultative selling, management, product and services training, employee performance development and sales coaching. Anna was also active in the corporate Mentor Match Program along with culture change programs with national/across organization scope.
Anna has facilitated initial training programs for Telecom retail, coaching and mentoring within both the consumer and business segments focusing on funnel management, needs analysis and revenue focusing. She has also delivered Corporate HR information-orientation sessions specifically around culture change and employee engagement efforts. In addition she has facilitated and lead break-out group sessions to gain business improvements and efficiencies utilizing the “Work-out” Methodology also used by GE and Motorola.
The Marrek Group is pleased to be utilizing Anna’s business development and relationship building skills as she continues to demonstrate her innate leadership abilities combined with business acumen in leading leaders and retaining top-performing sales teams. But it doesn’t stop there, she continues to be an active mentor/coach within several professional networks and most recently represents The Marrek Group in a sales and revenue generating capacity.
