Carol is a seasoned marketing professional, most recently focused on influencing strategic direction and growth of the innovation portfolio at Cadbury Adams. Throughout her management career, Carol has provided strong leadership in brand management, new product development and sales forecasting which resulted in superior performance and improved efficiency. Carol’s broad cross functional experience at Cadbury Adams and Nabisco Brands has enabled Carol to specialize in business process design and implementation, including: global innovation, portfolio management, project management, sales forecasting and sales communication, actively identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and learning. Carol thrives on mentoring and coaching, encouraging people to achieve their personal best.
As a corporate trainer, Carol has designed and delivered courses on innovation, portfolio management, brand management, sales account planning, corporate decision making along with technical software training on SAP and Accolade. Carol’s audience has included individuals from the shop floor to senior leadership throughout North America and Latin America.
Carol is driven to strengthen organizations through continuous learning and helping people develop in new areas. Carol is an asset to The Marrek Group where she teaches courses on project management, successful selling techniques and interpersonal skills development.
