Carol is a seasoned marketing professional, now focused on encouraging people to achieve their personal best through training, coaching and consulting. Throughout her management career at Cadbury Adams, Carol provided strong leadership in brand management, new product development and team building resulting in superior performance and improved efficiency.

Using her extensive corporate experience, Carol has designed and delivered corporate training on Innovation, Project Management, Time Management, Successful Selling, Corporate Decision Making, Continuous Improvement and Interpersonal Communication. Carol’s audience has included individuals from the shop floor to senior leadership. Carol has delivered training projects for Wescam, Venetor, Patriot Forge, Mohawk College and St. Joseph Immigrant Women's Centre. Carol’s broad cross functional experience at Cadbury and Nabisco has enabled Carol to specialize in business consultation, working to develop and gain alignment with strategic business plans.

Carol is passionate about strengthening organizations and individuals through continuous learning and helping people develop in new areas.
